Event Host

Event Hosts are responsible for the success of the event from start to finish including managing the assistants, great customer service and creating loyal clients. We are always on the lookout for energetic, up-beat, go-get ‘em Hosts who are as comfortable engaging kids ages 2+ as they are with adults and corporate events. A strong familiarity with the kitchen and cooking/baking skills are required. Chiffonading basil and making homemade ravioli will be second nature to you. This person will host, lead and teach our culinary entertainment events including workshops, birthday parties, field trips and more. Sometimes you will work solo, other times, you will lead a team for larger events. Must be able to manage a crew to make the event a success. Event, classroom, culinary, team management and customer service experience required.

Event Assistant

Events Assistants are responsible for supporting the Host with the execution of the event. You are our kitchen specialists and sometimes our Culinary Entertainers. We are always on the lookout for upbeat assistants with great personalities who like to get their hands dirty. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and communicate with all ages. The ability to follow directions and be a team player are a must. Responsibilities include assisting the Host, helping with event activities, preparing the recipe, keeping everything running smoothly, keeping the kitchen clean and organized and pre-baking food as needed, and at select events engaging our budding chefs ages 2 to 99 with age-appropriate content and energy.

Administration

Administrators are responsible for the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and team. We are always on the lookout for energetic, up-beat, go-get ’em Administrators. From our Booking Buds who handle all inquiries and keep us organized down to every last detail to our General Managers who have the skills and experience to manage the day-to-day operations and staff of our kitchen and are natural leaders. You must be extremely organized, passionate and ready to make all of the details of Sweet Buds Kitchen a reality for our clients. Administration experience required.

Summer Camp Program

Summer Camp Program
Want to have the summer of your life? Apply to join our Summer Camp Team as an Assistant. Tackling a unique weekly theme with budding chefs ages four to thirteen, we’ll work hard and have a blast in the kitchen. Candidates must be able to commit from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday from early June to early September (10-13 weeks). Great for students studying food, nutrition, education, hospitality and for those looking for a fresh and unique kitchen experience.
